Dale joined our staff as Technology Director in November of 2024. Dale and his wife Andrea were married in 2010 and they have been members of Covenant since 2013. They have three children Ella, Abby, and Joel.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. He has a variety of industry certifications including his Certified Ethical Hacker and Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator. He works in the IT and software engineering industry where he brings a decade of experience. Dale also holds an Associate’s degree in Biblical Studies from New Tribes Bible Institute. He traveled to Guatemala as a young adult and missions remain a passion of his heart.
Dale feels called to use the gifts that God has given him to serve our church though managing the various hardware and software technologies for fulfilling everyday needs and functions. His desire is to see believers grow in understanding their identity in Jesus and for those who do not know Jesus yet to come to know Him as Savior. He loves seeing technology as a tool to support the Body of Christ.

In his free time he enjoys relaxing outdoors hiking and camping with his family. He is also an avid airsoft player.
