Jordan Allen
Pastor of Discipleship
Jordan joined staff as the Pastor of Discipleship in June of 2024. After having grown up at Covenant, he became a member in 2004. He attended Oklahoma State University and that’s where he met his wife, Erin. They have two kids, Gentry and Camden.
After college, Jordan and Erin joined staff with Campus Crusade, where they worked as chaplains for fraternities, sororities, and the baseball and football teams at Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, Texas. Jordan received his Masters in Discipleship from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently working on completing his second Masters in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice College and Seminary. Erin is still on staff with Cru and splits her time between working in staff care, where she trains and equips new staff, and with students on the campus of Oklahoma.
Jordan loves watching college football on Saturdays, reading, traveling with his family, and meeting with others one on one. He has a passion for investing in others and the next generation. His prayer is that Covenant would be a place where people are able to grow in their relationship with the Lord, while being in community with other believers.
