Jeff Hill
Worship & Outreach Pastor
Jeff joined the staff as Pastor of Worship in July 2026, after he and Nikki began attending Covenant in 2025.
Raised in the Mustang/Yukon area, Jeff met and married Nikki, his wife of nearly 35 years. They have four children: Lindsay of Denver, Colorado; Josh, his wife Allison, and their son Caleb of El Reno, Oklahoma; Tyler of Yukon, Oklahoma; and Emily, who attends SWCS. Their family motto is, “We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.”
Jeff has served as a worship and connection pastor in several Oklahoma churches. He has also worked as a hospice nurse and death doula and has served as a chaplain for the Oklahoma City and Yukon Police Departments. Jeff earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Louisiana Baptist University and a PhD in Christian Counseling from Northwestern Christian University. Nikki works as a controller for a company in Oklahoma City.
Jeff enjoys watching the Oklahoma City Thunder, spending time with family, playing guitar, and continually learning new things. He is passionate about leading the worship team and congregation to worship God in Spirit and in Truth, and his heart is to encourage the Church to live a life of worship in every area of life.
