Deborah Price
Administrative Assistant
Deborah majored in education in college but helped pay for college by working at various administrative assistant positions. After teaching for several years, she now enjoys using her latent secretarial skills to bless the body of Christ at CCC and welcome newcomers who call and visit the church office.
Deborah and her husband David joined CCC shortly after moving to Yukon as a young, recently-married couple in 1996. She likes to say they grew up here at CCC as the church family warmly welcomed them and came alongside them as they raised their oldest son with autism, Josiah, and his two younger brothers. Josiah likes to make sure his parents fill out all the blanks on the sermon outline each Sunday. Justin works as an accountant, and Jarrett attends OSU.
When Deborah isn’t manning the front desk, she enjoys reading, volunteering in the community, cooking, walking, and entertaining guests…especially at Christmas when her husband creates his elaborate Christmas train village.
One of Deborah’s favorite Bible verses is Romans 8:1, “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”. She loves helping people experience how dearly loved they are and the freedom they can have through knowing Jesus.
