Ron has been a member of Covenant since 1984 and on staff since 1990. He and his wife Karen have been married since 1978 and have three grown children; David, Rachel & Greg. They also have one sweet grandchild named Madelyn!

He has a B.A. in Education from Arizona State University and was a campus director with Campus Crusade for Christ. His ministry here at Covenant involves teaching, counseling and mentoring. Karen is a  retired Occupational Therapist and enjoys mentoring younger women.

Ron’s favorite things to do are going on dates with Karen, gardening, reading, enjoying a good cup of coffee, and trying to stay out of the hospital.
